Vacuum plastic is a bag/pouch shaped plastic made from a Combination of food-grade plastic materials (Nylon/tie layer/PE) that are specially laminated together to produce a combination of plastic sheets that have resistance to impact/friction (not easily leaking) and tight molecular pores so that it can function as airtight packaging (vacuum packaging) and provide a barrier against moisture and oxygen, which is known in packaging terms as Moisture barrier and Oxygen barrier.

Packaged products will be protected from the oxidation process and loss of moisture due to evaporation, and avoided from external contamination (dust, bacteria, unpleasant odors, etc.). Meanwhile, the aroma of the food itself will be preserved and remain hygienic, the food becomes more durable because the growth of aerobic bacteria is inhibited, and cross-contamination during storage or shipping is avoided.

The plastic pouch is sealed on three sides (three sides seal), and open on one side to insert the product to be packaged, then vacuumed and sealed on that side.
